Datapoint: I received an email from Gentling Rewards with an offer "BOOK BEFORE 1/30/22, STAY BY 02/15/22, 50% off for two nights."
The email is woefully absent of any actual information, and doesn't have a link to click to make reservations. There's a button that says "Call Now" but it doesn't go anywhere and nowhere in the email is any phone number shown. The disclaimer says "This offer YYXXXX is exclusively for Friendly Traveling Deathmerchant, Genting Rewards Number 2XXXX4." And that's it. No other info.
So I called the main phone number today, figuring I'd finally roll the dice on a Crockfords or Conrad stay next week.
A helpful and nice staffer informed me that the Crockfords isn't included (Would have been good to know before calling!). But the Conrad IS included in this promo. However, even with the 50% off, I was able to get a lower rate on the more expensive Crockfords and definitely a better rate on the Hilton and Conrad through the usual Hilton website. I think their promo rate was better than full rack rate/sucker price, but using most any discount (MVP, senior, government, corporate, etc.) you might be able to do better.
Just a heads up / datapoint on how their rewards program hotel pricing is.

Did anyone notice the "portable safe" in their room?
The one in the dresser drawer? I remember it had some kind of warning in it to instead store valuable things in the casino cage. Not only was it removable by just unscrewing it from the drawer, if you were in a hurry the whole drawer could be detached.
Do Hilton and Crockfords have the same?

2 Nights Crockfords using free night certificate
-Checked in at the Crockfords lobby, given benefits info for Diamonds $25/pp Food/Beverage credit. Specifically saying only usable at Suns Out Buns Out and The Kitchen. Received welcome drink (tea)
-Given basic room with non-strip view. Comes with a mini-bar and fridge that you can put your own items in. Nespresso Machine and typical toiletries.
-The lights are a pain in the ... to use. No proper desk. Room is kind of bare to be honest. Bathroom is nice, but the shower water pressure was very low.
1 Night Conrad FHR
- Given FHR benefits $33/pp for breakfast credit. Specifically saying ONLY at The Kitchen. Rep did mention that the Diamond Benefits $25/pp are on top of it which can be used at any restaurant except Brezza. FHR also included $125 food/beverage credit at any restaurant except Brezza.
- FHR also comes with 2 vouchers for sparkling wine at the Conrad Bar.
- Given basic room with Strip View. These rooms DO NOT come with a coffee machine, you must get a suite to receive one...cheap asses.
- Room is bare with a slight lower step in quality compared to Crockfords.
Just in my opinion. I think Conrad really diluted their brand at this hotel. How does a "luxury" hotel NOT have a coffee machine, but if the Conrad is cheaper than the Crockfords, they are basically the same room. At least the basic rooms. No idea about the suites.
UPDATE: When i checked out of the hotel. The front desk associates clearly do not have a solid grip on the FHR and Diamond credits stacking. I had to confirm with the manager on duty (Jacob) that they do in fact stack. It is as of 6 Dec. $33/pp FHR and $25/pp Diamond credit. In my case we had $66 and $50. Now, I confirmed TWICE with the front desk and they INSISTED that i would receive $66+$50 for my check in day AND another $66+$50 on the check out day for a ONE night stay. and to include the $125 food/beverage credit. I thought this was wrong and eventually found out that it was wrong by the manager even though this person also said the credit will WORK EVERYWHERE except the restaurant Brezza. Of course when i checked out the next front desk associate did not remove a few of my charges to include food/beverages purchased at the sundries and Starbucks. The associates next to him told him that Starbucks in the hotel does indeed count to be redeemed. So i spent the next 15mins arguing with the front desk associate that i was told TWICE that i would receive 2x credits, and had to get a Jacob the manager involved. My recommendation....Speak directly with the manager on duty and confirm the credits. and have them specifically tell you which stores count. I was told 3 different thing by 3 different people. First was the restaurants "The Kitchen & Suns out Buns Out", second was everywhere except Brezza, and third all stores except RETAIL OUTLETS. Who knew that Starbucks was questionable about that...

I wish my ordeal ended only on "late check out guaranteed" but it went farther than that. After making a reservation for two nights 1/2/22 to 1/4/22, my SO and I were working from the Conrad (we work on Central Time Zone), so we figured late check out would be perfect, as we would stop working at 4pm Local Time and then head to the airport to catch a flight to our next destination. Well, house keeping knocked twice today, once at 12pm and again at 2pm (second time it was the housekeeping manager). She clearly told me "are you checking out today?" to what I replied "not until 4pm, thanks to Amex" and closed the door. Well, at 4pm I was checking out just to find out that they did not honor my $100 credit neither my 2 X complimentary breakfast per night, as they were only applying my Hilton Gold credit for $50 each day to breakfast. Of course, I was also being double billed for the Sushi I ordered at the food court and billed to the room (by the way, it was delicious). Also, the Front Desk Agent wanted to charge me a late check out fee to what I replied: "I am not only Gold with Hilton, but you aren't even honoring the basics of the American Express FHR benefits you promised me during check in. She finally went ahead and cleared my two breakfast bills at the Kitchen (I obviously tipped $10 each day in cash to avoid more problems) and the Sushi bill which was reflecting twice in the bill. Now, I didn't have time to argue about the $100 credit, as by that time, I just knew it was a tough one to make them understand something so advertised with the Amex partnership.
When we checked in, we were on our way back from 10 nights (5 + 5 each of us with points) at the Waldorf Astoria at the Grand Wailea and decided to book a two night pit stop at Vegas to work and to use the Amex FHR Credit for 2021. The total came to $201.50 for both nights + $103 resort fee. Of course, Amex credited back $200 for a total of $1.50 plus $103 in resort fees. I new that for $103 usd, I would get 4pm late check out, free breakfast and $100 resort credit and still be ahead in their game. But well, just my story so that people can confirm 10 times during check in that they booked this rates via Amex to take advantage of the Exclusive Suite of Benefits. If you do not confirm 10 times, looks like they will try and make you check out online in order for them to send you a huge bill and being too late to clear the over charges.

Didn’t work on the website the other day, worked in the app after you advised. Interesting- Crockfords comes up at a discount too, which the call center guy said wouldn’t work.
Jan 16-18, I’m now getting availability at Crock, Conrad, & Hilton with the secret hotel discount. (Still more expensive than those low summer rates we saw, due to a large trade show in town that week of the 17th, but not bad at all.)

I enjoyed my 4 nights here: no major issues and enormous dining credits. Full review in the FHR thread.

Pleasantly surprised to book three award rooms for only Saturday night SuperBowl weekend. My preference is stay at Aria or Bellagio but they are requiring 2 night min. Looking forward to return back to the property (prior visit was last August).

Whooo! I'm also going to be there but at Crockfords to compare the service. Booked mismatched rooms as it was cheaper to do separate reservations with point redemption and they were able to give me the king room I wanted but with a strip view. Original point redemption would have cost me 482k... so not worth it! So far... loving the experience compared to Conrad.
