Thanks for the heads up, Ambassador!
I'll have to re-look at my hotel-hopping... in a few towns I go to, there's no Hilton alternative (yet) to the one Hampton... I can hop to a Courtyard but no status there and I missed the match opportunity to HH Diamond.
With the Triple bonus, that helps my calculation to stay-put, especially when considering a Hampton Inn, where my MyWay bonus is only 250 points.

I have a 3 night stay from 2 May-5 May. I'm registered for both the old and new promo.
Would I get
a) Triple points on 3 nights or
b) 2,000 points for the first night then double points for the next 2 or
c) Only double points for 2 nights with 1 night 'lost' for promotional purposes.

For a $100, 3 night stay at a Hilton, I should get:
$100 x 10 x 3 = 3,000 base points
100% Diamond bonus = 3,000
MyWay preference = 1,000
Triple bonus points 3 x 3,000 = 9,000
total = 16,000
That right? There have been some previous promotions, where "triple bonus points" took into account your Diamond bonus already, such that the added extra would be 2,000, not 3,000, points.

I think I registered and I just confirmed at 12 night stay in the beginning of may.

You will get the double points in addition to the promotion, so for instance on a 100$ rate for a three nights stay as a diamond:
$100 x 10 x 3 = 3,000 base points
Room rate double points = 3,000
100% Diamond bonus = 3,000
Diamond MyWay preference = 1,000
Triple base points promotions = 6,000
total = 16,000
$100 x 10 x 3 = 3,000 base points

Does this only double/triple base points? Or does it multiple ALL points including “bonus” points?
like, if I already get 100% more on base points for being a diamond member, and I already get 10,000 points for every 10 nights milestone bonus, is it going to multiply all of that?
Say 10 nights at $100/night..
10,000 base, 10,000 diamond multiplier, 10,000 10 night milestone..
30,000 points X3 = 90,000 points for that 10 night stay?
(and welcome points?)
