Hilton bonus on certain car rentals

Alamo, Enterprise and National Car Rental Terms and Conditions for Qualifying Rentals
Base Offer: Earn 2,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points for every completed Qualifying Rental as defined below. Non-US Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Bonus Offer: Earn an additional 2,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points per rental day, up to 18,000 Bonus Points, per Qualifying Rental booked through this site (Hilton.com). Hilton Bonus Points earned are based on the length of the Qualifying Rental based on the table below. Offer valid for rentals reserved on 10/15/2020 or after and completed by 8/31/2021.
Anyone had luck with this? Looks like I can get 20k total points with a 7-day rental. Rates are not always competiive, but I did find a few trips where their rates were cheaper than I found on autoslash.

Not sure if it’s Hilton’s IT or what, but I can’t replicate any of my future National rentals through Hilton’s reservation tool. I keep getting an error saying “no vehicles available”.
I can easily replicate these rentals on National’s site. National may be limiting the availability of these promotional rentals.

I'm getting a rate for a 5-day rental that's only $25 more than Alamo.com.
If I could get 12k Hilton points, of course it's worth paying $25 more.
But I understand I am booking an Alamo rental through Hilton... will I get an Alamo confirmation# also?
I want to skip the counter, but I don't think I'll be able to if I can't get an Alamo confirmation#.

I've got a one week rental coming up in June with Alamo. It came up at the same price on the Hilton link so I re-booked it.
The fine print says it's available at participating locations so perhaps the "no vehicles available" sites aren't participating.
