edited to add: Except the donation page and the receipt both state 'not eligible for tax deduction as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code', so not going to print it out.
But if I understand correctly these promos all stack, so for the $5 I charged on my Chase Ink card I'll get:
50 Chase Ultimate Reward Points
2,000 Hilton HHonors points
250 Delta SkyMiles
Definitely worth $5 ...

Donations are not tax-deductible under IRS rules because A. Lyft Up is probably not registered under 501(c)3 & B. Anything of value we receive in return is deducted from the donation amount, and 2000 HH is worth >$5.
BTW, my Lyft is linked to both my Hilton & DL. I knew only of the Hilton portion of this offer when I donated. I got my 250 DL on March 22 IIRC, but still no HH . I was worried that we had to choose one or the other and it had somehow chosen DL for me! I wrote Lyft the other day, and their rep said I had to complain to HH to have it tracked! Oh well, thanks to Hbtr for telling us about the 6-week patience period.

I just created a Lyft account, linked it to Honors and made a $5 donation. Thanks to the OP for posting.
AFAIK it's a one time offer.

Thanks for posting this. I did it (a couple weeks ago, when I read it) just checked my balance and the points were there!
Super, getting nearer to an exciting redemption. Just not sure what, yet...

Anyone else have any luck tracking down points? I have not tried calling anyone but it is 10 days later and husband's points have still not posted.... I wonder if the problem is Lyft, Hilton or points.com
