Point Transfer with No Confirmation Email
Guys, I initiated a point transfer to another member (my mom)'s account. It seems that the transaction was submitted through points.com. After I submitted the transfer, I saw a webpage saying that they have received my purchase request and there was also a confirmation number on that webpage. However, I never received any confirmation email about this request, nor was the points transferred after more than a day of waiting. Is this normal? After how long is the transfer normally processed? Thank you in advance for your help!

Are you sure that you transferred points? Is it possible that you purchased points as a gift? Did you have to enter a credit card number?
See this thread for a recent issue where someone thought they were transferring points but instead accidentally purchased points as a gift.

Good. I think someone in that thread mentioned that a normal transfer takes 2-3 days and then both the initiator and the recipient receive an e-mail, so I would just wait for a couple more days before getting worried.
