BA Sale
 
I got an email from British Air, announcing a package sale, Flight to London and Hotel package. Listed, I think, were all 44 of the Hilton properties in London. If I book through BA, will I still get all the diamond perks (Lounge and Breakfast) that I would regularly get as a diamond?

My data point from purchasing these packages:

* Lounge access / comp breakfast ✅
* Stay / nights credit ❌ (it's a third-party booking)
* Upgrades ❌ (though this one is likely highly YMMV, based on a variety of factors)

Maybe to likely as to perks- but not guaranteed- dependent on the property. The most recent time i booked a package as this was in Vienna, and received a nice upgrade as well as breakfast and lounge access. YMMV. No base points or elite qualifying activity.

It's as you might expect, and as reported in replies above.
  • No chance of HH recognition (so no points etc)
  • Excellent chance of hotel recognition
