Have you guys seen the flash sale? Oh look, the new WA Ithaafushi is in the flash sale.....but wait.....it's not accepting reservations.
"This hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Portfolio of Brands but is not yet accepting reservations. It is scheduled to open in March 2019."

It is indeed. You never know, they were probably doing it on purpose to promote the property.

I suspect yacht transfer, instead of speedboat, is as expensive as seaplane transfer.

I've booked the Conrad for next November but will be interested to see some reviews of this place once it opens. Nice to have other Hilton options in the area.

I just received a word back from the hotels' team that they have again postponed the date when the online information regarding booking is going to be available, instead of Med-December, it's now moved to Mid-January 2019, so another 1 month of delay. I hope that won't affect the opening date.

"Further to your request, please note that we currently scheduled to open on 18th March 2019, however we are only accept stays starting from 19th April 2019 onwards.
Our website is anticipated to online by mid-January with more information of the resort as well as the option for you to make online reservation for Hilton Honors members.
Please allow me to get in touch with you once the website is online and when our redemption rate is determined."
