Hilton Honors credit card

I live in NL and was wondering if it was possible to get the Amex Hilton Honors credit card?
I tried to apply for one; but it asked me a US social security number. So couldnt apply.

I am losing out on so many bonus points

Any tricks to getting additional bonus points besides the Amex card?
I just have a normal Amex.

It is open to US residents only. You are not losing out on anything because it is not possible for you to get the card unless you move to the US. You could move to Germany and get the DKB Hilton card.
