PROMO: 7,500 Points for 2 Stays by Jan 31, 2020 (Not Targeted)

Loyalty Lobby posted a promo which is apparently targeted but works for everyone. Get 2,500 points after first stay, and an additional 5,000 points after second stay. Worked for me.

Nope, two options. One to join HH and the other for existing members to login.

Chrome was successful.

Well, I think Chrome was successful - i haven't figured out if there's any way to see which promotions I'm enrolled in.....

I had the same problem with Safari. But I had no problems registering when using Chrome.
