Receipts for past stays not showing up after website/app upgrade

Receipts for past stays not showing up after website/app upgrade

It's expense report time and I can't pull a receipt from my app or from the hilton website. Anyone else? This should be fun!

I had stays last Wednesday evening and Thursday evening at two different HH hotels. I was able to pull up receipts for both in the app.

I've had this problem since February. This Salesfarce CRM upgrade has been a total disaster. I now just get paper receipts everywhere I stay. I have 40 stays so far this year and not one has the folio accessible in my account. In addition, I still don't have credit for stays as far back as March.

The Diamond desk is a real cat rodeo right now, they can't seem to fix anything.

On the website it seems that -for me- receipts for non-USA hotels are consistently an issue...
Some will actually mail one, but not consistently, unless local laws require that a guest be provided one for tax purposes...

It's always fun having to point to all kinds of room charges that should qualify for points and not receive them because of a missing folio...
