Laughable incompetence. Clerk told me they converted from being a Comfort Suites back in October. My credit card charge still reads as being "COMFORTSUITES." That's seven months after conversion. I'm anticipating a battle to get my Hilton Amex points (although the desk clerk assured me it would be no problem).
