Happy to report that all of my stays posted with correct bonus and promotional points. Hopefully, everyone who was missing points got theirs as well.

Same issue. Over 100 LT nights missing after the system upgrade. I have an official count from Hilton LT Diamond desk June from 2018 so they know there is an issue.But no solid response from Hilton when they will correct the error.

Some people, myself include, got credit for the missing stays recently. We don't know yet whether the problem itself has been fixed (meaning if we're going to get points automatically after each stay going forward).

My goodness! I have been a loyal Marriott member for years. Starting last year there have been horrible issues with missing stays/points.
I'm at the point of switching brands...but here I see Hilton members have the same issues?!
Still in the process of going through threads...but is this issue longstanding? Did Hilton have any kind of major change recently to blame/explain the missing stays issue?

Just stumbled across this thread & it explains a lot. I had a revenue stay at Canopy/Zagreb last month, and although the activity itself showed up as a past stay, after 2 weeks nothing else had actually posted. (No base points, status bonus, promo bonus, nights, or stay credit.) Called CS & got it fixed in a day, but was wondering if it was a problem for this fairly new property. Sounds like it's an issue on the HH back end instead.
