No award refund after a month - how to escalate?
Hi,
I have an simple award stay that I booked and refunded on the same day.
This was during the IT upgrade a month ago. The points were never refunded.
I have now had a case open with customer relations for nearly a month, but still not refund. They just keep telling me to wait.
This is obviously disappointing.
Is there a good way to escalate this?

I have a similar question... How long does it normally take to get points back? I cancelled a reservation 5 days ago and was told it would take up to 48 hours, now today they told me it could take up to 30 days.
I know I cancelled once before and it took about an hour before the points were back. That was a hotel in the US my current one was a hotel in Europe.
