I have had some success finally with the escalation team as pointed kindly by hugolover up thread. But am still.missing two nights and downgrade to gold.

Take screenshots of your account status and yearly activity, the support teams have the ability to look back and tell you the information you need which you don't see.

Same here, downgraded to gold, apparently done today or yesterday. This is frustrating really!

I just filled out them missing stay online form for my one night reward stay at the Seelbach on the first day of November since its approaching two months and end of the year and I would like credit for the stay and my 1,000 Diamond points

I had been waiting for 2500 Miles&More points for an Oct 28 checkout. Those M&M Points posted last night.

Seems like they're close to finishing the issues... maybe.

I have still not received my stay and nights credit after my stay November 1. After reading other members here having luck with the Twitter team, I decided to try after talking to Diamond Desk, Chat and others without any luck.
But I was NOT one of the lucky! The reply was "We have had IT updates. Just be patient"!!!!!!!!!!!!
So still no credit after 2 months!

I'm still missing 29 nights and 9 stays. I've contacted Hilton Honors, the Diamond Desk and Lauren. I've received word from HH based on Lauren escalating it but that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This would not only put me over the top for being Diamond again but also for achieving Lifetime Diamond status (and that includes close to 1100 actual Paid nights). After paying Hilton to stay in their properties for 3 years of my life you'd think they could find someone to take the literal 5 minutes it takes to count up my stays for the year.

That is a poor response from Hilton Customer Care, no care basically, I suggest you keep forwarding that email to the address specified until someone competent takes some action and assists you.

I was downgraded a few days ago and I sent an email to the Diamond desk. I received a response today:

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Honors account. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

We are aware of an issue where some member’s accounts are having their tiers downgraded inadvertently. This is sometimes occurring when a manual stay is posted but there are other accounts where we are seeing a downgrade that is occurring systematically. We have a ticket open and will update this message when we have more information.

You may contact our Hilton Honors Support Desk at 1-866-424-1877 for further assistance with regards to your tier upgrade

It seems to be much more widespread issue chatted to many Diamond members on my recent stays all have issues with accounts . Still waiting resolution after assurances weeks ago from online chat , have updated Lauren and again awaiting my account to be correctly reflect my stays .
Wonder why Hilton collectively are dragging their feet on this issue ?

I have also got one of the two I was waiting for which checked out on Oct 28, still waiting for the one that checked out Oct 31!
