They still haven't recovered from the Y2K melt down. I've found it often to be the individual hotel not submitting the stay. I'd suggest calling them before talking to honors.

Maybe, gven it's a major issue means that it might not be as easy as simply flicking a switch and it working again. You still have your honors account, it's just a tad slow to update.

I spoke to technical support yesterday for another issue They said that their systems are still going through changes and processes Apparently there is an old system and a new system...

I joked with the tech support rep about how everything will be completed by Feb 2019. Honestly though, this might be the date unfortunately

Think members should start saying this when making pagments, Hilton already has all our details just the payment will be a few months late.

And if the slowness trickles over into the new year, then what? Will status levels be correctly calculated?

contacted the agent with online chat, he keep telling me to wait another 2~3 hours. In the end , nothing happened.....

Based on the ongoing inability to post stays correctly, I would say it is much too difficult for Hilton.

Oh dear, was so hopeful seeing your post that my needed cancellation would be successful. Unfortunately not. 5 hrs have passed since cancelling my points only stay but the points have not returned 😨

Yes & I also tried accessing my account via my laptop as opposed from the app.

Points have not returned as yet.😞

Hello,

i am stilling missing the points from my german DKB Hilton Visa Card for the october (!) and november statement. DKB told me over a week a ago they are "working" on this. It is almost mid december. Any news on this problem?
