Why does my res keep saying “request on arrival: crib, pillows” ??
Making a stay at the Hilton Universal and when I called and made the reservation the email I got showed “Requests Upon Arrival: Crib, Pillows”, I don’t need those so I canceled the reservation thinking the phone rep might have checked the wrong boxes or something. Rebooked in the Hilton app and got a new confirmation email and it shows the same thing. I can’t find ANYWHERE to change this setting and I certainly didn’t request these. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any default preferences somewhere in your account that might have been set to this?
