Since they started the new confirmation emails, the stays I booked haven't been added to My Reservations when logged on Hilton.com or on the App. There's no way to manually add them.
I thought my stays had been cancelled. Not good at all.

I have the same issue and 2 stays have not been posted correctly (1 posted without details and 1 still missing. both stay between 24th to 26th August). Both have post-stay email stating how many points I should receive. I am in the process to chase the points next week.

Three days after calling (as I mentioned previously) and stays still not showing. Points/nights updated as they should have. Hope they’re right.
Said they could see it on their end, but nothing on mine. Just like the other reports. I’ll keep tabs on it and gove it until mid-week before calling again.

Lately seems like points post first (with stays ands nights counters) then details a few days later.
