I spent a week here summer of 2017.  Decent property in an Ikea sort of way.  Lots of military as the base is just across the freeway. No real complaints other than I called and asked for a corner room the day before arrival and was given one 4 rooms from the corner.  After returning to the desk I was told they considered all rooms in that area of the hallway to be a "corner".  Breakfast is pretty poor but there is fruit and juice.  Overall just okay.

Here's why I'm not advising staying here.  I think their business practices are unethical and perhaps illegal.  I wanted to stay 30-60 nights summer of 2018.  In Washington state if staying one calendar month or 30+ nights you are considered non-transient and don't have to pay room tax.  After finally getting the email to the hotel I was 1) given a rate 10% higher than available on the website; 2) was told taxes would be collected for the first 30 nights; 3) rooms are first come and no preassignment would be considered as Hilton wants people to use the app for check-in. I went to the manager and eventually to the district manager and was given the same answers and essentially was told summer is their busy time and they can charge and do what they want, including collection of taxes "to protect the hotel" that are not required. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out the exemption form but would save me $500/month but they wouldn't hear of it.

Same company owns the Hampton Inn next door.
