I can see this on the reservation page:
This hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Portfolio of Brands but is not yet accepting reservations. It is scheduled to open in February 2019.
So no wonder you won’t find any availability..

She says that the hotel “should open as scheduled in February but if your travel dates are flexible, I would recommend consideration to stay in May as the vegetation will be more grown by such time.”

I was looking at the Hilton website and noticed they have the coming soon listed on the booking page. But when you click the "quick look" photos, the 4th has a photo of rooms in an aerial pod. Am I seeing things?

That's one of the restaurants, called Terra. From the website:
"With a spectacular view of the horizon, this treetop dining experience is truly unforgettable. The chef uses the freshest market ingredients for a seasonal dinner menu."

I just contacted them via email about an upcoming stay planning, and here is their answer:
"Our website will be live soon by mid-November 2018, and the information as well as HHonors redemption stay will be available on line. Please bear with us, as we are still in the pre-opening stage"
So I doubt that we can get any beneficial info prior to mid-November.

I am sure the Commercial Director is positively ravishing over all those HHonors redemptions coming her way.
