The resort benefit on the Aspire card only works at the ~200 hotels on the list at this link:
http://www3.hilton.com/en/resorts/index.html#
For existing Surpass card holders, AMEX verbally confirmed that on or after 20 January 2018, card holders can call in and request cards be converted to Aspire - while maintaining the same credit card number, balance limits, PIN, etc.

For the Aspire card, the Annual Weekend Night Reward will be issued in the form of a redeemable code and sent in an email from Hilton Honors to the email address listed on your Hilton Honors account. You will receive the reward email within 8-14 weeks after opening your Card Account and each year within 8-14 weeks after your Card Account anniversary date. E-mail for Hilton providing the free night certificate has been received by several people..

I have Hilton Ascend since June and have been very happy.... just noticed on this months (and checked last months and it was there too) a "Supp with Spend Bonus" - this month was almost 3k points and last month was almost 1k - I don't remember seeing any bonus offer or signing up for anything. Anyone know what this is?

Any data points of Amex clawing back bonus points already deposited with Hilton?
You agreed to pay the annual fee in the upgrade process, plus Amex may have minimum time between product changes on a given card account, so it's unclear if they will let you downgrade at that point (they may only let you cancel). And even if they do, your whole future with Amex after that might be in danger, as Amex considers trying to evade AF like this "gaming":

Amex USA terms now penalize:abuse,misuse,gaming;1st yr downgrade/close;leaked offers.

https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/amer...ne-2018-a.html

So if you have unexpected financial hardship which is the reason you can't pay the $450 AF, you might not want to worry about clawback, instead you might want to offer Amex the opportunity to claw back (to make clear that you're not trying to "game" the system but simply have unexpected financial hardship).

I have the aspire card with the 10 Priority Pass visits per "year". I have used several of these over the past 18+ months. How do I check how many visits I currently have left?

If you have the Aspire you are eligible for Priority Pass Select that has unlimited lounge visits with up to to guests.

From the AMEX website:

Wherever your travels take you, receive access to over 1,000 airport lounges around the world with complimentary Priority PassTM Select membership with unlimited lounge visits for you and up to 2 guests per visitá

Are you sure you have the Aspire?

Probably not. Its the one that has a fee but is less than $100 per year. Comes with Gold status and I got Diamond from $40K spend last year. Ascend maybe?

That's the Ascend then, formerly known as Surpass: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/c...honors-ascend/

Here are the T&C's. https://www.americanexpress.com/us/c...0/#offer-terms

You would have had to enroll your Amex card with Priority Pass and established a user ID with them. Logging into my PP account I can see my visit history. You might want to start there. The way I read the T&C's the visits are based on the year following your sign up with PP.

Is that in addition to the bonus that's running right now or just an increase for the current bonus?

I donít know of any other promo related to purchasing points, but this is the footnote from the email I received.

This is an exclusive offer only for Hilton Honors Members who receive this email and is not transferable. Points purchased do not count towards elite tier qualification. Between January 15, 2019, at 12:01am ET and February 26, 2019, at 11:59pm ET (the "Promotional Period"), when you make a purchase of 10,000 or more Hilton Honors Points in a single transaction, you will receive one bonus Point for each Point purchased, up to a maximum of 80,000 bonus Points. Members may purchase a maximum of 80,000 points per calendar year. Members will only receive bonus on Points that are purchased through the Purchase page on HiltonHonors.com. All purchases are non-refundable. Offer is subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Points will be posted to the member's Hilton Honors account within 24 hours of the completed transaction. Points.com and Hilton Honors reserve the right to terminate bonus promotions at any time. Price includes all applicable fees. GST/HST will be charged to Canadian residents. Email address is required and will only be used for transaction and marketing communications related to this purchase. Purchased points do not count towards Honors status upgrades.

Has anyone else noticed that the point calculations and totals have disappeared from their Amex statements? Mine did last month and I figured it was a fluke. Now my Feb statement is the same, no totals. Anyone else having this issue? I have the Aspire.

Points are still posting to the account, just no visibility to the totals/calculation.

My December 2018 Aspire and February 2019 Hilton Business statements still show the point calculations. I don't have a newer Aspire statement.

I am guessing that it is so screwed up that they can't show any logic to their calculations, so they have just deleted it. My most recent points credit to Hilton yesterday consisted of a debit for 1230 points for a cancelled Hilton booking from my December statement (for which I had received 5746 points when I booked it, but was also adjusted elsewhere), 1000 points for air travel spend, apparently from my January statement, and 2109 points for regular spend, which would appear to be from $250 air spend on my January statement and $453 Hilton spend from my February statement. I also got 473 points for Hilton spend, which appears to be related to the cancelled booking in December and the new Hilton spend in February. I had to figure this out myself because when I asked AMEX, the chat rep explained the debit for 1230 points, told me there were still more than 6000 points pending from the February statement (which is wrong) and then said not to worry, because their system checks all of this thrice (yup, he used the word thrice) and always correctly credits the points. From my calculations, their system does seem to have gotten it right unless I eventually get the points he said were pending, but it took three months for the system to fix everything. I guess checking things thrice takes their system some time.

LOL, CSR saying "not to worry". So are your statements having the same issue?
