Booking Problems with website
For the last 2 days I have been trying to book rooms in the UK and USA over the Xmas period some cash, some points and others cash and points. On the final stage after T&Cs and confirming the saved credit card on the account I get "THIS SUCKS" online booking unavailble.This happens both in Firefox and ipad.I have not made any Hilton reservations since May.Any ideas?

At the risk of stating the obvious: Call Hilton and ask.

Thanks for the helpful reply^ just wondered if anyone else was encountering any similar issue.
On contacting Hilton in th UK they knew of no issues couldn't see a problem with my account. I still can't book online keep getting the same this sucks screen. |
Is it possible your computers been hacked?
Is it possible your computer’s been hacked? I can’t imagine Hilton screen showing “this sucks.“
