Over two months ago I received the email that I hit Lifetime Diamond. I still haven't received the credentials or the headphones.

I've tried contacting Diamond Services but it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

Anyone know the screen name name for the Flyer Talk Hilton Honors rep so I can PM them?

Your account has met the requirements for Lifetime Diamond status and will be updated to reflect that status during our requalification process in early 2018. Your Lifetime Diamond card and welcome kit will be issued in April/May 2018.
Since Lifetime Diamond is a relatively new program reserved for our most loyal guests, we need to make sure we are getting it right – so at this time, the fulfillment process only happens during the annual requalification period at the beginning of the calendar year.

Has anyone received their Lifetime Diamond Wecolcome Kit this year or heard when they will be sent? The email I reviewed said April/May.

I'm surprised they are taking so long to them if they have not been shipped. I called the Diamond line and they were clueless.

End of April, I was asked by a manager of a hotel if I had my new lifetime card with me so she could see it. I told her not yet. She then sent an email to Hilton and forwarded me the response .....
"Please let the Diamond Lifetime member know that Hilton Honors is aware of the delay. We apologize for this inconvenience. The members card and gift will be sent in a couple of months."
This was on May 1.
