Conrad Concierge app - time to withdraw it?
The Conrad Concierge app doesn't seem to work anymore.
Several hotels mention HHonors as their image. In fact apart from showing a booking, the app seems to do nothing else. Unless I am missing something obvious! |
Indeed, depending on the property, it can be a crapshoot. Wish they would fix it.

Hmm not sure if anyone notice Conrad concierge option seems to be missing from the Stays tab on the app. told Hilton on twitter and they said that not all Conrad properties offered this but what is weird is I was able to access it until last month |

I have upcoming stays at the Conrad Ft Lauderdale, Conrad Koh Samui, and the Conrad Singapore. The Concierge option was there for definitely CKS and CS-I'm not too sure about the CFL. I just checked and the Concierge option disappeared for all 3 hotels in my "Stays" tab
