Redeeming e-Rewards points for Honors points.
Has anyone else redeemed e-rewards points for HHonors points and not seen their point total increase? Is e-rewards a complete scam or is it Hilton?

I have redeemed e-rewards for Hilton points on several occasions without any trouble.
They usually post within 24 hours.
Are you sure you provided e-rewards with your correct Hilton user account details?

I noticed this, too. It's definitely a Hilton thing because it happens with their own points movements as well. The balance will adjust, but sometimes there is a delay of a few days. During that period, it seems as if points showing as deducted or added have no influence on the total. But they will do soon.

I have not had a problem converting e-rewards to Hilton points but one thing to notice is that they restrict conversions to one every 90 days. I have 12,000 e-reward points to convert when I realised this but can only get rid of them over 6 months with Hilton or klm conversions. Convert as many as possible as soon as possible to avoid being locked out for 3 months.
