- Reichshof (Curio by Hilton) in Hamburg, Germany,
can be fully opened. Only few rooms show towards the street. The vast majority go towards one of three small courtyards. There might be noise from ventilators, though, but I think they are shut off during night time .

Stayed earlier this year at the Hilton Templepatrick. about 18 miles NW of Belfast, N.I.
Our third floor room (top floor at that hotel) had two large opening windows, secured with a chain at the top for safety since they swung out a bit rather then sliding up and down as usual.
Enjoyed our two night's stay there.

Hampton by Hilton Berlin has large windows that open (the AC automatically kicks off when you open the windows) and some top floor rooms have an opening door to a nice patio. Get a room facing the courtyard and not the S Bahn tracks...
Hilton Nordica in Reykjavik has small transom windows that open as there really isn't any ac in that hotel. It can get warm/stuffy in the summer sometimes, and the window helped keep it comfortable (but the blackout curtains negated the fresh air effect).

Just to add to your wiki of Hilton properties in Europe without opening windows:
The Hilton Frankfurt Airport does NOT seem to have opening windows to the outside. Some might open to an indoor closed atrium though.
I don't think my room at the Hilton Paris Orly had opening windows either. Some other rooms might have them.

Other threads on this issue are mentioned - have searched without result. Anyone have a tip for a thread with US properties? (I'm extremely allergic to most scented products and a lot of the time my requests not to use them to 'freshen' my room are not honored.) Thanks for any info.

Added Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East to the wiki. Unfortunately with fixed windows. The property has some top floor rooms with a balcony floor, but Hilton adviced against using it, either because of brand standards, security, smoking or safety reasons. HVAC works very well though, but it swiches off when room key is removed. The fixed windows result in very quiet rooms: hardly any traffic or train noise.

Hilton Graden Inn Brussels Louise has a window that may be opened slightly: it is being secured by a locking chain. Rooms on the Garden side are without any traffic noise, but there's some sort of a distant rumble of a central airco unit when the window is open. The in-room central airco system makes more noise though, unless it's placed in eco mode (no heating/cooling).
