But what the heck is "yodlee"?

(BTW, if my account showed extra points -- it doesn't -- I'd be sure to print it out, take screen shots, etc. Better yet, redeem a bunch of rewards ASAP. Who knows what you might get out of it?)

Yodlee is a free miles tracking service. www.yodlee.com Many fters don't use it because it requires you to give your account number and username and pin/password so yodlee can update all your ff balances without going to each one. Miletacker has a free program too.

As for redeeming a mistake, no thanks. I'll jump through plently of loopholes and get creative to push the limit of earning points, but if I was granted access to someone else's account with lots of points/miles, those miles are not mine. I'm not a prude, but stealing from other's account or Hhonors is not quite what I consider fair play.

Doubletree website quirk

Does anyone know why the Doubletree site will not allow booking two rooms at the same time? All of the other HH properties allow this.

Online Booking Down for Days?

I have not been able to access Hilton Reservations online for several days. I can access my account and do other thing (Find a hotel etc.) but when it comes to booking online I get "cannot find server".

Anyone else having these problems or is this some strange new interaction with my cookies/security settings?

I'm afraid it's something on your side, as reservations work fine for me right now.

You may want to try the folowing format:

https://secure.hilton.com/en/hi/res/...;hotel=HNLHVHH (replace HNLHVHH with the appropriate hotel code of your choice).

I have just made 3 seperate reservations in the past 1 hours with no problems to report.
Have you another ISP you could try? Mabye clear your cache as this sometimes causes me problems with Amex and BA.

I did have problems on Saturday trying to make reservations. I was able to do everything, but when it came time to make the final confirmation, I received a "call our internet help desk" message.

I tried it again about 1 hour later and it worked.

Not sure where the problem was.

Fixed now.

I am in China and it usually works fine using their national internet access system, but for the last several days, I got nowhere.

Late last night, I got in again.

glad it is not just me. Maybe the service provider, who knows.

Seems to still be on again off again.

I had a problem to enroll my wife to HHonors.
The erroe message came up at the final stage and the server could not provide account number and pin number.
I guess we need to call them to enroll her.

I ,too, had some problems. I honestly have come to expect some problems every so often from HH's web. Personally, I find their web cumbersome ay best.

hiltonhhonors.com - slow

The HHonors site (and the Hilton regular site as well) got to be the slowest site compared to others within the same market, 6c.com and starwood.com is always alot faster for example. Im on a 2 mbit DSL connection in Europe so the problem cant be my ISP.

Anyone else who also noticed this?
