Make prepayment to utilize $250 Hilton Aspire credit?
 

Has anyone tried to make prepayment to this property to use the Amex aspire credit? If so, can you please share who to contact?
We have a reservation for early next year, and would like to make prepayment to utilize this year Amex Hilton credit.

I contacted the hotel using email. They said since this is a point reservation, there is nothing to prepay. So they couldn't take the prepayment. 🤷

From another thread - Hilton resorts credit, somebody was able to get deposit attached to a points + FNC stay. I am in the same boat as you and will try myself.

Other options that I have figured are to pay for an upgrade (not many reports of diamond complimentary upgrades) and/or book palapas/cabanas. Does anybody have a datapoint on whether booking these in advance on their beach services website triggers the aspire resort credit? The spa link seems to go to a non-Hilton website so I think that will not trigger the credit.

I also inquired about a cash upgrade. They said I can reserve the upgrade now, but they will charge for the upgrade at check-in.
