While it is possible to transfer points between HHonors accounts (up to 200,000 per year), there's a fee of $12.50 per 5,000 points.
For more information, log in to your HHonors account, then choose 'More Ways to Use Points' and 'Transfer' from the menu at left.

Marriott will also allow you to pull points from a 2nd account to get the needed points for an award. (No charge.)
