Is this Billion Dollar company ever going to get an IT department that has any idea what they are doing.

Website down most of Saturday, down most of Sunday and now down Monday morning.

In 10 years I have never seen the Marriott site down.

Wake up Hilton!!!!

Soon as I finished writing this it came back up again. It should always be so easy.

Now if they could only fix it so it remembers AAA and AARP numbers and sends out emails to Diamonds about promotions etc etc etc.
