I'm surprised they gave us the Flamingo. I went to look at rates after I got off the phone and Hilton.com is showing no rooms available. I didn't think the diamond force applied at HGVC and I can't imagine them walking a guest on New Years eve to accommodate a points stay.

Hilton finally squared away everything to my satisfaction today. 
While I'm disappointed the SLS isn't part of the family, I'm glad HHonors did make things right with fair accommodations elsewhere.

I wish I could get SLS to remove me off their email list. I have no desire to receive their emails since they are no longer part of Hilton
