Account showing no points. no stays, no resevations
Looks like the HHonors website isn't working this morning. Shows my Diamond status but nothing else.

Usual occurrence on Sunday early mornings (Eastern US time)... maintenance of the webpage or whatever... it will be back to normal during the day...

I think we get a post like this every week on Sunday morning.... if someone from Hilton is reading this forum - It might be a good idea to put up a notice when this regular maintenance (?) is going in. Lots of people get worried each week.
(or we might want a sticky up in this forum that we dont need to be informed of this feature every week

I wasn't really worried. Was just posting in case anyone else wondered if it was happening elsewhere. Did a search before posting. All back to normal now anyway.

^ I can't believe that no one at Hilton has the sense to have a maintenance notice appear rather than zeroed out accounts. I can only imagine how the Hilton reservation lines light up every Sunday morning when this occurs.
