Additional Comments on the booking
**ETA1400** ETD0900**: DO NOT MOVE:NP Star:EFL ACCESS
Just noticed this- I had mentioned the ETA and ETD at the welcome email, but what is DO NOT MOVE/NP STAR? EFL= Executive Floor/ Lounge access am quite stumped by the other two though.. |
EFL = Elite Floor Lounge? (just a guess)

For the "DO NOT MOVE": You've already been blocked in to a specific room and the Front Desk Agents are not supposed to change you from that room.
For the other ones, they are mysteries to me, also. Never saw them on my screen before. Which type of Hilton did you get these comments from on your res... |
This was from DoubleTree in Kuala Lumpur..after responding to the pre-arrival email. Lesson learnt is not to bother with that sort of email ever..

Would love to know why it was generated in the first place.... |

Checked in and told them of my concern and was given the upgrade I was looking for. I am tired of being a Diamond at Hilton and still need to be on flyertalk and check this and that. Perhaps life lends me to Oriental ways at the Mandarin.
