Honors - What does the hotel know about me?

I always wondered what information a Hilton hotel actually can see about myself (given I'm of course a HH member):

1) Before arrival: Often upgrades get allocated before arrival - do they see my room rate/stays/nights/base points/average spend/average spend on incidentals and the like? May be even if I have previously provided good or bad feedback? Comments from staff about me?

2) At arrival - what of the above does the receptionist see?

I once had a friendly agent show me how the system works. They can see your status, address, rate, company, rate code, points balance, the comments entered by you or HRCC.

I always thought it was odd they see the points balance, because any knowledgable wouldn't keep a massive balance because of all the devaluations. I tend to keep mine around the 200k mark.

Search the internet for Hilton OnQ and you will find pages and pages on their system that they use to track you.

Like the first few slides in this presentation that looks like it was homework for a business class or something (click on text version to see the parts cut off).

Most of what you will find will be nine or ten years old, so assume it's everything written then plus whatever else they have added over the years.

But the answer to your questions is Yes to everything if they want to dig, and probably much more

Did you take a look at these threads that a search reveals?

I always liked it when they congratulated me at check in on being a Silver when I'd dropped down from Diamond the year before (missed Gold the year before by one stay, but eventually got it back).

If we know all the info being tracked on us it would be pretty scary.

I once took a quick look at the guest list left by the maid on the cart during turndown service.

It has name, company, HH status, spec requests and length of stay.
