Yet another reason to be frustrated with the HHonors website. It won't let me register, saying that accounts created with a P.O. box as the address aren't eligible and that I need to update my address information in my profile. Of course, my profile has been updated for three years and hasn't shown a PO Box in that long.
Moreover, even if I do update my profile, it will always be the case that my account was indeed created with a P.O. Box. Updating my profile won't change that historical fact.
For the heck of it, I did update my profile, adding a third address (no PO boxes anywhere) and it still won't let me register. Sigh.
Using social media is a great idea, Hilton. Making it impossible for people to respond is not.
I've emailed Hilton's Social Media Specialist.
Our apologies, but Hilton HHonors accounts created using P.O. boxes are not eligible for this promotion. Please update your Hilton HHonors account with your home address before proceeding. Click here to update your information.

I would also like to add that this is an app on Facebook, so I did a custom setting where I could only see what the app posts on my timeline. I don't need my entire friends list getting spam from Hilton.

...and the link in the fine print of the email that is supposed to tell you the T&C's and how to enter without a hotel stay...is a dead link.
I had trouble logging in as well when I did a cut and paste of my HH number, but was able to type the number and it worked.
Am I the only one that dislikes having to "Like" a FB page to be eligible for a promo?

The app won't even allow me to sign in using my HH# and pin. I just keep getting an "invalid password" message when I try to sign in, as well as the P.O. Box message.
The thing is, I know that my pin is correct as I simultaneously signed into the HH website, and my account was never created using a P.O. Box!

Yesterday I entered my email and it took me to another page asking for HH # and PIN. I entered those and it worked. Today I just entered my email and it went thru. I don't know if they fixed it or because they remember my HH # and PIN.
Got "Try Again" both days.

On the topic of liking them on FB: I think it's very presumptuous on their part. When I receive an email invitation from someone I do business with to participate in their contest, and then I find out I can only participate by giving my personal information to another company (by joining FB), they've gone over the line. No problem -- I don't need their contest, and I also don't need to give them my business. I have choices.
