points.com/ebay and other exchanges
 

Has anyone had experience with points.com?

It's an exchange program where points in certain programs can be traded for points in other programs. This is particularly relevant to HHonors because one of the programs that things can be exchanged into is AA, which we know can be converted to HH points. For example, 1000 ebay anything points gets something like around 450 AA miles, which nets around 900 HH points. For some reason, ebay is no longer listed as a conversion partner on the HHonors site.

I did a search for points.com on this forum and nothing showed up so I was wondering if anyone knew about this. It seems the most attractive thing about HHonors is that there are so many venues to get points without going out of your way (I'm already using mypoints, e-rewards and an AmEx) so I'm curious about finding out about more exchange methods.
