My Way's Preference resetting after logging out

For the past few weeks, I have been trying to change My Way for HGI from 750 points to free breakfast. It seems to work fine after I hit SAVE. But once I log out and log back in, it reset back to 750 points. Anyone else seeing this?

i'm having the same problem with my account for over two years now. told hhonors about it, they wanted to look into it - nothing changed.

but the hotels always had my beforehand selected vip benefits listed in my reservation - despite the selection showing when i logged into the account again.

I have been trying for the last couple of years to get the Hilton website to accept my updated email subscription preferences.

They have been forgotten many times!
