Last month when I was at Budapest City I got probably the worst room which was vis-a-vie staff entrance to the lounge.. constant door smacking in the morning and sounds of glass..

Embassy Suites Little Rock - upgraded to a "Premium Suite" with drinks and snacks... but i think this had to do mainly with the fact that they mistakenly put me in a smoking room first.
Embassy Suites Baton Rouge - upgraded to a large executive suite with bar area, dining room table that seats 10.

Currently at the Hilton Taipeh Sinban for a 6 night stay, was upgraded to a Premium Suite and also a nice welcome gift in the room. Again another Hilton on my to return Hilton if I need to be in the area.

Booked a standard "King Deluxe" on points for five nights. Upgraded to a "Grand Deluxe Suite" on arrival. Very luxurious, extremely well maintained. While those suites or rooms with pool view might offer a more favorable view I am just blown away by the friendliness we encounter here throughout the staff. And this makes me more than happy.

only 1 out of 3 Hilton properties in Florida upgraded me
Doubletree Seaworld Orlando gave me a large villa suite with two bathrooms adjacent to pool for standard room rate
Hilton Rialto - Melbourne = nothing
Hilton Ocala = nothing
