How do I get in touch with Document services
 

I Faxed over a request to have my acct and husband acct merge so that I can claim a Glon award and when I called back and ask Customer ser they said they don't verify faxes and they could not tell me whether it was received and they cannot transfer me since that the dept does not take calls. Do I just fax over again hope it is done in time? I have been downgraded from Gold to Silver so I don't know if that is a problem now. I already have a ress on hold.

It usually only takes a day to set up the mutual fund HHonors account for you and your spouse. However, it may not be noted on the web site, only in the computer the CSR looks at, however your point balance will be adjusted.

I called today about the acct and nothing shows yet they said it could 3 to 5 days I told them I would like to get the Glon before the pts go up and yet the answer is 3 to 5 days.
