computer system info
In a previous post I read that a hotel computer system can show...
".... the number of times you have stayed at a Hilton hotel this year, the total number of nights, and the number of times you have stayed at that hotel and the last date you were there." Does anyone know if they can see the rate you paid? I stay at the same hotel at least once a month. The one night manager in the past has given me the government rate since I am such a regular customer & gov employee (even if it doesn't appear on the list). For now when I make a reservation I keep calling back until he is available to come to the phone (which is inconvenient for both of us). I was just thinking, if they pull up my account, can others see how many times I have stayed there and at what rate? OR can he put a comment listing my negotiated rate so I can call and talk to anyone at the desk?? Thanks! |
