e-ValuePlus rates & Stay credit

I am planning a few stays stay in Hiltons for the INTU promo and have found e-ValuePlus rates to be a lot cheaper than others.

Here is the rate description:

<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
Rate Description
Hilton e-ValuePlus (IO) - HILTON E-VALUEPLUS

Tax and Cancellation policy
The Rate quoted here includes applicable tax and/or service charge. This reservation requires a credit card deposit of 92.00 EUR and will be charged to your card by August 9, 2002. If you wish to cancel, this reservation is non-refundable.
</font>
I wonder whether these would get me the stay credits I need. This looks like a prepaid rate, but you never know.

Does anyone have experience with these ?

Thanks.
