How long for reply from web inquiry?

Does anyone have experience with posting a question on the Hilton web site? I posted a Missing Stay request awhile ago and have not heard anything.

I am not terribly worried about the outcome of the inquiry (it was a priceline stay). I just was mainly looking for a stay credit. I am kind of miffed that I have not received a reply though.

FWIW: I've used a "Missing Stay Request" feature once or twice in the past, and points/miles have posted within 10 days or so. I have not received any other aknowledgement of my request (nor did I expect one).

I had a question about a thing or two this month and it took about 3 days for them to get back to me with answers. About what I had expected

Thanks for the responses. I guess I will wait a couple more days to see what happens. I can't remember when I sent it. It seems like more than a week, though.

My experience is that you get a response about 50% of the time from the web site (I am not counting the auto-response). You have to keep on them sometimes to get a good response. The phone route is much quicker and they cannot ignore you!
