Visa Caribbean Rate? (3V)

Visa Caribbean Rate? (3V)
Two weeks ago (I forgot to mention this then)
I booked the British Colonial Hilton in Nassau, Bahamas for three nights in February.
One of the rates that came up was the Visa Caribbean Rate(3V). It was over $120 per night cheaper than the lowest regular Hilton rate AND if I booked three nights, I will receive a $50 credit towards Food/Beverage.
Pretty nice I thought. Perhaps this rate could be used if you are booking the St. Lucia or San Juan properties?!?!!
A side note, technically the Bahamas is not part of the Caribbean!

Was this from a reservation on the Hilton site or another booking engine. If it's another non-Hilton site, can you tell us where you found this?
