I cannot seem to find the chat function on their website. I admit I haven't used it in quite a few months. Is it still there? If so, where? Thanks for any help.

Hi there - yes, it's still available. I used it to book a GLON award yesterday. As always, very handy. Once I log-in, I check the lower left hand corner of the screen.

I have the cHHat icon on my pages, but when I click on it to chat with a rep, I get an endless loop forcing me to re-log-on to the HHonors site. The issue happens on my Mac and PC and on IE and FireFox.
Does anyone get it to work? |
Isn't it gone? That is, no longer supported and staffed by HH, but still listed on our home pages?
