HELP!
A friend and I will be staying at a Hilton in a couple of weeks for 2 nights. Does any one have experience whereby I register for the first night and pay the bill the next morning and then my friend register with his own credit card for the second night. We each have honors membership and are registered in the 50,000 pt. promo. 1) will this be a way in which we can each get credit for 1 night? 2)would we have to vacate the room after the first night and change to a new room for the second night? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Won't someone reply?
If anyone has an answer to the questions I posed under the heading "Help!" on the 16th, I really would appreciate hearing about it. Many thanks.

On the same lines but not identical to your question. I made two different reservations for a three night stay - 2 nights with an award and 1 night paid. There was no problem staying in the same room.
I would suggest you call the hotel directly and tell them you have 2 different reservations/people but would like the same room for consecutive nights. Have them link the reservation together. good luck |
As DrTravels said, you shouldn't have any problem. Just make sure you each have a res. and check in/out at the same time with the same crs. They won't have any problem with your request.

Just a suggestion
you might get more help with a more specific header eg help with 2 credits for 2 night stay or something like that http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
Actually, you've got a couple of replies in your "Help!" thread...
