Honors problems
Anybody else out there having serious problems w/HHONORS? I have had nothing But. My membership card omits a leading 0 so nobody in their system can identify me, there is no credit card on file now so I have to give that info over the phone for every reservation, I can't get thru on the 800 line to change anything and when I try to get past the main menu at that number all I get is a busy signal. The web site is horrifically slow and is a mess and if you want to make a reservation to use your points anywhere you have to call both the HONORS line and the reservation line! What is wrong with these people?

hazmotes -- I'm sorry for your problems, but here are some simple suggestions for you:
1. Why don't you just add that "0" in the beginning of your HHonors # when you putting it in your reservation? 2. I don't know what 800 # gives you problems, but 1-800-548-8690 is the CS line, and this morning wait time was 2 minutes. 3. While web site is slow sometimes, it was not my experience of late, and right now it's working quite fast. http://www.hiltonhhonors.com/index.html . I'd have to say that there is a number of things that I'd like to get changed on that website (for starters, stop the practice of "silent" bonuses that can't be seen online), but that has been suggested in numerous threads here already. 4. You can redeem a hotel award online. 5. You can edit your profile and add your credit card # in your profile, if you prefer (which I personally would not recommend due to a number of recent hacking incidents reported by several e-businesses).
