Hampton Status problem
 

I have noticed that on my last 2 stays at Hampton Inn, that my status is listed as Blue (I'm a Diamond) on the check in sheet.
Has this happened to anybody else?

I have had the same problem at Hampton. They told me that they can change my status at the hotel, but only if I show them my new status card. Of course, I have been at my new status for 8 weeks and still have not received a new card. That's a lot of stays where they treat me at the old level. I have been getting my bonus points, though.

Tomphot and Patrick -- Would you mind e-mailing me with the details of your stays? I'd like to ask our systems folks to look into this.

FWIW, my HI stay worked just fine, with 25% bonus as a Gold.

And the 100mi DD bonus "finally" showed up too! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Yet, it came in as 100 DL miles for some reason, despite the listing as CO in my profile preference and showing/requesting CO at the hotel! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Yet the 250 partner bonus for showing your BP came in with CO! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/confused.gif

August stay at TPA Garden Inn. Nice crew, but my Diamond status was not listed with HHonors number and this stay never did post. Many of the Hampton Inns do not know status when checking in, but no problem with postings.
