Perhaps not. As far as I can tell no Hilton International Properties outside of the USA/Canada/Mexico have posted PS dates.

Some Conrad's/Embassy Suites/Hampton's but no Hilton's.

Edit: I just checked and it does NOT look like the Hilton properties are showing the point stretcher dates yet. Case in point, I had inquired about Caracas and on the phone they told me there was point stretcher availability in August whereas the website does not show anything yet. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Whoa. You weren't kidding. Every day through the end of the year is a PS at 18K HHonors points per night (cat 4).

Does anyone know if any of the Scandics offer point stretchers?

I had a 3 night point stretcher (15k points) last month at Oslo Byporten. You have to call HH to find out about Scandics.

Previous Point Stretcher Dates?
 

I have just been noting what hotels I am interested in have P/S dates till the end of the year.

I was wondering if anyone had P/S dates from 1/1/03 until 6/30/03 for the various hotels in the system, so that I may plan approximately which hotels would participate and the dates that they may do so for next year -- 1/1/2004 - 6/30/2004?

Point Stretcher January: When does availability show?
 

I really would like to get a 1 night Point Stretcher award for the Rome Fiumicino Hilton, but availability doesn't show beyond December 2003. Anybody has any idea when it might come up? I would need to purchase 1000 points to top up my account, so I just want to get all these done asap Thanks!

A Hilton agent told me on the phone that the 2004 Point Stretcher will be announced
Dec. 2003, January 2004!

Last year, if I recall correctly, they were announced on Dec 20th, for the period of Jan 1 thru June 30. I'm assuming this year's announcement will be around that timeframe, but who knows.

For hilton properties in the US, expect sometime in mid-late December, for Hilton's outside of the US, don't expect to see them till February, and that's if you're lucky!

2004 Point Strecher dates are posted for some hotels
 

Well, they are kind of posted.
Today I called Diamond desk trying to book a free stay for the beginning of January. Was told that the 2004 Point Strecher dates would not be known until January 5-10.
However, when the agent went ahead with booking a room at a regular 30,000 points rate, she was surprised to discover that this particular hotel had already posted the 2004 PS dates. Apparently, it is up to an individual hotel to decide on the timing for filing the rates.
The moral of the story: call Hilton. Your hotel may already have the 2004 PS dates in the system.
