I did receive the initial email on March the 1st saying I would get the points, but nothing after it. I also emailed Hilton numerous times, because they were not as responsive as they said they would be. I'm sure they were overwhelmed, but just stay vigilante. The points were promised and should be delivered as the hotel said.

Got my points after one night at the Hampton Inn Providence and one night at the Hampton Inn Raynham this week.
Cancelled rooms at Hilton Providence to give them a try. Loved the Hampton Inn PVD, great little hotel. Spoke with Mike, wonderful guy. Basically their "social media guy" told them to "put it everywhere." That guy is an idiot, and I hope they aren't using him anymore. Talked to another employee who said he had to come in at midnight to help field calls from around the world, mostly India, during the thick of it. Pointchasers FTL.
They'll continue to earn my business.
