Yep, I'm in the same boat. I had spoken with Mr. Buddymeyer a few weeks ago and he assured me points would be credited. I called and left a message with him on Friday asking for status.

Subject: Local Text Promotion
There was confusion concerning this promotion. The actual intention of the promotion was to text to join our local loyalty club and was targeted to 150 of our current loyal guests and was not meant to be offered to everyone. Everyone else other than our current loyal guests were not qualified for the promotion and this promotion was not designed for them.
The reply text instructed the texter to call a phone number to redeem the offer, it did not say that the texter would receive the points. Once the texter made the telephone call and was qualified as a loyal current guest of ours, we would have instructed them on how to redeem the point offer.
I apologize for the confusion of this program and we will issue the points to your account.
Thank you for your understanding

The good news, I guess, is that I have saved everything (as I'm sure you all have as well)...the texts, voicemails, etc., so I know it's just a matter of time...

Yup, me too .
Got the email from Michael B, but mine did not state they would credit me the points, only "sorry for the confusion." I responded back to the HHonors reply with further complaint on the points being denied despite me following the promotion terms.
Still waiting............

I am not sure if a facebook post would stand up in court as a contract. If so I am worried about thousands of posts i have read from friends.
This deal is dead, it was a small time operator who tried to do a promotion without involving a legal team. it got out of control. now many are demanding their "entitled" points like it is a welfare check or food stamps. continually calling corporate will just casue deals like this in the future to be forbidden. corporate will set such strict rules that most properties will even opt out of the corporate programs.
when you see a deal like this get in right away and hope for the best. if you get it great if not unsubscribe and move on.
