Using Corporate code from previous company
 

I have corporate codes for Hilton from a previous company. Are there any cost to my previous company from using these codes? Or does it just help them when it comes time to negotiate a new rate with Hilton? Also, does Hilton ever forward a list of people using the codes back to the company?

As far as I know they only help your previous company achieve the contracted nights/year, and potentially get a better deal next year.

You might want to keep a past business card in your pocket though...
